Return and Refund Policy
Our Commitment
All EaseFusion products are developed and manufactured in an ISO 9001 certified facility.
Each product undergoes rigorous compatibility and performance testing to ensure superior quality and reliable operation with your printer.
We offer a two-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects encountered during normal use of our products.
Most issues can be resolved through simple troubleshooting. Refer to our online troubleshooting guides if you'd like to try troubleshooting on your own.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, you must contact us before it ships.

Please Note: We cannot cancel orders that have already shipped. However, you may return the item upon receipt for a refund according to our return policy below.
Return Process
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow these steps:
(1) Obtain Authorization: Contact customer support to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number).
(2) Ship the Item: Ship the item to the provided address within 30 days of receiving the RMA#.Please Note: Do NOT reject the delivery or return to the sender's address. The specific return address will be emailed to you with your RMA#.
(3) Await Processing: Your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Return Conditions & Fees
(1) Ordered Wrong or Changed Mind
If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, EaseFusion accepts returns of unused and unopened products within 2 years of purchase.
(2) Restocking Fee Structure
Orders within 60 days of purchase: NO restocking fee
Orders within 2-year warranty period (after 60 days): 15% restocking fee
We retain the right to charge a restocking fee for any used/opened items, or orders past the 60-day grace period.
Shipping Costs
For returns due to product defects: EaseFusion covers all shipping costs.
For non-defect returns (e.g., wrong order, changed mind): Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

EaseFusion reserves the right to update this policy as needed. Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting on our official website.
(3) Await Processing: Your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
